New developments underway include Phase 2 on the south side and the continued development of Phases 5 and 6. These residents will enjoy a private amenity center with a fitness facility, swimming pool and cabana area. Also, the neighborhood hike-and-bike trail will continue to wind around these two new phases.

Paloma Creek Elementary School is scheduled to open in August 2007.
